Rest reminder

 
 

If you work hard at a computer all day you probably don't take the little rests your eyes, arms, and the rest of your body and mind need to keep working efficiently without too much strain. Tests have shown that taking short breaks every 15 minutes or so actually boosts your productivity so never feel guilty for taking them.

To use this reminder window simply choose the interval between reminders and leave the window open, but behind other windows where you are working. When it is time for you to take a break the window will pop up on top and interrupt you. To put it behind again just click on another window. It's that simple.

Please tell me to take a break every minutes.
